Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1 to 2 business days. We always ship in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items when they become available at no additional charge. To expedite the delivery of your items, we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments - at no additional charge. It is possible that your packages could be shipped from different distribution centers.

Why don't you guarantee shipping?
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
Do you ship Internationally?
YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from many different countries. Sometimes shipping internationally it takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days. If you think it's stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by contacting us.
What are your international shipping rates?

What about duties and fees?
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
Domestic orders placed by 11 a.m. Monday - Friday will be packed and shipped 1 to 2 business days, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected (applies to the 48 contiguous states only). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship within 1 to 2 business days from the following Monday. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 11 a.m. Monday - Friday.
To accelerate the delivery of orders containing out-of-stock items, we may need to divide your order into two or more separate shipments - at no additional charge. It is possible that your packages could be shipped from different distribution centers, but will not necessarily ship the same day.
Where is my order shipping from?
To ensure fast and efficient shipping, all orders are packaged and shipped by many distribution facilities, located within the United States. It is possible that your order may be shipped from several of these distribution centers, depending on your location and the "in-stock" status of the items in your order.
If one or more items are on backorder, when will I receive my order?
If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available - at no additional charge to you.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers and tracking numbers necessary to locate your order.
If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call 888-822-0246.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address.
How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?
Shipments to FPO, APO, and P.O. Boxes are shipping via USPS.
What if I entered my address incorrectly?
Please call us at 888-822-0246 or contact us immediately if you entered in a shipping address incorrectly. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
